Hey, I'm Christoph Rozsondai, a calisthenics and fitness expert from Hungary, Europe. I have always been passionate about sports, but I struggled to make serious progress with conventional gym-based fitness routines as the lack of whole-body strength and coordination led to frequent injuries. Everything changed when I found Calisthenics 6 years ago and I started to get real results. In pursuit of further knowledge, I obtained two coaching degrees to enhance my expertise and help others.

Hey, I'm Christoph Rozsondai, a calisthenics and fitness expert from Hungary, Europe. I have always been passionate about sports, but I struggled to make serious progress with conventional gym-based fitness routines as the lack of whole-body strength and coordination led to frequent injuries. My Story

 

When I began my calisthenics journey I had nothing but a painful right shoulder resulting from a traumatic accident that left my right thumb and pointing finger almost immobile. I had myself, and the urge to better myself. I started doing a lot of research and gathered information on everything I wanted to learn. 

I became obsessed with calisthenics. Despite my initial skepticism about ever using my right side without discomfort, bodyweight training opened up a new realm of strength, healing my side-to-side dysfunction. Unlike my previous experience with weightlifting and other sports, calisthenics allowed me to gain insane core strength and full body control.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and helping others in not only transforming their physique but also improving health, confidence, and overall quality of life.
